AFS Convention - Full - Yes The Oil record book, Cargo record book, Garbage management plan / book, Cargo securing manual, Shipboard oil pollution emergency plan, Stability information booklet are on the Owners responsibility and approved by the RNA or Bureau Veritas According the agreements concluded between Ministry of Transports, Construction and Tourism and Bureau Veritas, at the request of the shipping company, based on a contract or an agreement concluded with them, Bureau Verutas is empowered to perform initial, annual and renewal surveys, to issue, renew and/or revoke the necessary interim and full terms certificates and also to perform design review and to issue the documentation (drawings, calculation, specifications, manuals) linked to relevant certificates in conformity with the requirements of the applicable international instruments. |
