The register of fuel oil suppliers is maintained by the Hydrocarbons Directorate of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy

The Hydrocarbons Directorate of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy is the competent Directorate for the setting up of a data and information management system aiming to ensure detailed monitoring of the production, refining, storage, import, export and shipment of crude oil, semi-processed and the final petroleum products. The Directorate also keeps a register and technical file of crude oil and petroleum product facilities.
